I have NEVER, in all the years that I've been going to Avante, had anything but an excellent experience. Regardless of the procedure or staff member, the service is professional and as friendly as one can imagine.

To the anonymous writer. I am one of the owners of Avante and I would like to personally apologize for the issues you had. Patricia is probably one of the most amazing massage therapists I've ever known and has been a very loyal employee for over 6 years and her clients absolutely love her. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons which include becoming the primary care giver of her precious grandson, she has had to resign. It was because of these issues that your appointments had to be cancelled. Patricia was sick over it. I can say, in 6 years she has never had to do anything like this before. She has now realized that she will not be able to give her clients the attention they deserve and knows when raising a 2 year old, things will happen which would cause her to possibly have to cancel clients at the last minute. This is something she felt she could not do to clients and I respect her immensely for it. So in closing, I would like for you to know how rare of an incident this was and we are extremely sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused you. We do have 2 other wonderful massage therapists should you decide to try us again. Sincerely, Stacey Upchurch

had a appointment with Patricia on friday at 11am the spa called at 9:30am friday morning to cancel my appointment saying her grandson was sick and could they put me in for monday at 10:15am. changing my appiontment from a 1 and1/2 to only 1 hour. monday morning at 9am they call and said she was sick and they would need to book me for another day. I didnt make another appointment due to the fact they canceled twice with less then 2 hours notice . when i told them i didnt want to set up another appointment due to the fact they canceled twice all the woman on the phone could do was say these things happen and you can never know when you are going to get sick. really?
